We currently offer free standard shipping in the US, UK, and EU for orders over $100, £100, €100. For orders under, they will be shipped at a flat rate. For orders outside of US,UK, or EU shipping is usually around $50 and you are responsible for any import duties incurrd. Please email info@mumzers.com and we’ll figure it out.

International Shipping — Address & Customs Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. If a package is held by customs and additional information is requested, the customer must respond within 72 hours. Packages that are returned to us due to incorrect addressing or failure to respond to customs requests within this window are non-refundable, as we incur the original shipping costs and additional return shipping charges.

Domestic Returns (United States)

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

International Returns

International returns are not authorized.

Our pieces run slightly oversized to grow with your child. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Example:

– 2.5 years old → size 3–4
– 4.5 years old → size 5-6
